The Northeast Philippines Annual Conference (NEPAC) – Metro Santiago District gathered its laity for the Laity Congress 2026 on September 18 at J and E Farm School, San Quintin, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.

Centered on the theme “Be a Disciple, Make a Disciple” (Matthew 28:19–20; 2 Timothy 2:2), the gathering challenged and equipped the laity to deepen their own discipleship while actively leading others toward Christ.

Bishop Rev. Rodel M. Acdal, PhD, the BEA Resident Bishop, served as the guest preacher while Bishop Rev. Rodolfo A. Juan, Retired Bishop, served as a lecturer on the said activity.

The Congress celebrated the vital calling of the laity as disciples who make disciples, serving, witnessing, and participating faithfully in God’s mission through the Church and their communities.
