On December 2, 2023, the Isabela Central Mountain Province District (ICMPD) celebrated its 38th year as a District within the North Central Philippines Annual Conference (NCPAC), with the theme; Revive, Renew, Reclaim. The celebration has an attendance of 504. The significant gathering took place at the Judge Manuel T. Respicio Coliseum, Reina Mercedes, Isabela.

Bishop Israel Painit of the Davao Episcopal Area (DEA) graced the celebration as this year’s resource speaker and preacher. Bishop Painit said in his message that the people need to continue the mission of the Church despite the challenges to reclaim the ancient work of the Methodists, revive the passion for mission, and renew its service to the world.
