Be Part of our Ministries!

Remember that the person who plants few seeds will have a small crop; the one who plants many seeds will have a large crop. You should each give, then, as you have decided, not with regret or out of a sense of duty; for God loves the one who gives gladly.

Batanes Mission Fund

Batanes United Methodist Church has been our mission church since the time of Bishop Benjamin Justo. Our ministries in Batanes are flourishing gradually. With the limited resources, our mission church could hardly provide the (basic) salary/financial support of our mission Pastor.

Where do we make investments?

The Baguio Episcopal Area entrusts the funds of the church and institutions particularly the five BEA colleges to Wespath Institutional Investments (WII). It is a not-for-profit subsidiary of Wespath Benefits and Investments (Wespath), a general agency of The United Methodist Church (UMC). In operation since 1908, Wespath manages the largest reporting faith-based pension fund in the world. Wespath and its subsidiaries, including WII, manage nearly $24 billion in assets as of September 30, 2019.

WII provides investment solutions for United Methodist-related institutional investors including foundations, endowments, higher education institutions, and healthcare organizations. We’re focused on guiding our clients on the path to financial growth through our commitment to sustainable investing.
